Our Development Team is constantly working hard to bring to you new features and improvements in PrimeMessenger, and to increase the number of business use cases that our product can solve.

So we bring to you a long awaited upgrade of PrimeMessenger with improvements that will keep your users engaged more on your Website and Mobile Apps.

Improved Messaging experience by 10X

We give a lot of emphasis to messaging performance. A fast performing messaging system will increase user stickiness and give manifold results. Hence, we have completely revamped our backend infrastructure and APIs. These now consume low bandwidth, have low CPU utilizations and have low latency which lead to increase of about 10X in messaging experience.

More Scalability for Growing Businesses & Communities

Growing businesses and communities require a scalable messaging platform which allows them to scale up as their business / community grows. PrimeMessenger’s new backend infrastructure allows you to scale up smoothly from Hundreds to Thousands to Millions of Monthly Active Users (MAU).

Easily find which Contacts are Active

The new Active Contacts block enables users to know who all friends are currently active. This will entice them to do conversations with their active friends, which will increase user engagement in your community.

Advanced Contacts and Groups Search

There can be many times when you forget a group’s name that you and your friend are part of. Usually one would scroll through all the groups to find that particular group which you both belong to. Thankfully now, when you search for contacts, PrimeMessenger’s new Advanced Contacts and Group Search feature returns those Groups too in which you and the searched contact are members. This increases usability by a lot.

Multiple Admins in Groups

Groups have been an important part of the PrimeMessenger’s experience where like-minded people come together, or where discussions happen over a common agenda. Group Admin(s) can now grant admin permissions to other group participants and group creators can no longer be removed from the group they started. This increases collaboration on your community.

Quick Data Migration

Data migration is a very advantageous feature of PrimeMessenger as it allows you to smoothly move old conversations from your legacy messaging system to your PrimeMessenger powered messaging services. We have improved our migration processes, and existing messages in your website / community can now be migrated much faster. The migration interface has also been improved greatly.

Early Steps towards PrimeMessenger APIs

With this upgrade, we have also prepared the ground-work for opening-up PrimeMessenger’s APIs. This will accelerate development of exciting upcoming features, and will also allow building custom features on top of PrimeMessenger’s APIs in future.
