We intend to keep developing and improving our Live Shopping Platform to help our Clients grow with us. Hence, we are excited to present these new developments.
New Live Shopping Buyers Interface – Absolute
It’s finally here! The much-awaited New Interface of Channelize.io Live Shopping Platform has been launched.
We have been working relentlessly over the past few weeks to launch our New Buyers Interface, Absolute that will increase engagement and impact of your Shopping Shows. We’re sure your buyers will love it!
How is this Beneficial?
The goal of Absolute is to make customer interaction with your shopping shows as simple, fluid, intuitive and efficient as possible. This in return will lead to the following:
- Increased buyer engagement & retention
- Improved sales
- Increased customer acquisition and loyalty
- More insights from user engagement
Note: If you’ve customized your Live Shopping Buyers Interface to match with your branding, you’ll need to reapply those CSS changes once our New UI is live. To effortlessly achieve this please reach out to your Account Manager or our Support Team.
Real-time Products Update – Non Shopify Stores
Our “Real-time Products Update” feature was currently available for Brands on Shopify only. We have been amazed to see this feature used very well, and it is now available to the rest of our customers too.
With this powerful feature, Brand Admins (on stores running on Magento, WooCommerce, PrestaShop & Others) can Add or Remove Promoted Products for their Shopping Show, On-the-fly from the Production Dashboard during the Live Show. Additionally, Admins can also Add or Remove Products from the Recorded Shows.
This gives Admins full control over the products they want to promote, and allows them to choose these as per their requirement during Live and Recorded Shows. Helpful isn’t it?

Production Dashboard Improvements
With this update in the Production Dashboard, it is now much easier for Brand Admins to access Shopping Shows, Moderate them, and make changes.
These improvements includes:
- Filtering the shows based on past, live & upcoming
- Searching a specific Shopping Show via the new search bar
- Visiting the store’s “Live Shop” page directly from the Production Dashboard (This option is available only for Shopify Stores as of now).
These updates make the whole experience much more seamless and convenient for Brand Admins.
Modified Modal for choosing Promoted Products in Production Dashboard
We have updated the Modal in the Production Dashboard for choosing “Promoted Products” for Shopping Shows.Store Owners can now Add & Promote external products as well in their Shopping Shows. Isn’t it beneficial?
NOTE: This feature has been currently rolled out for Shopify Stores only.
Adding more Simulcasting Destinations
With this update, Ecommerce Brands can now add multiple custom simulcasting destinations for a live shopping show and take more advantage of our Simulcast feature to boost their Reach and Revenue.
Other updates include setting a limit for the Shopping Show Description, and some minor Dashboard Improvements to enhance the overall Live Selling experience of Ecommerce Brands on their Stores.
